Dieser ist notwendig, um Studierende auf ihre k\u00fcnftige T\u00e4tigkeit als F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, Manager, Mitarbeiter, Berater oder Mitglieder von Genossenschaftsunternehmen im Agrarsektor vorzubereiten. Dies umfasst eine bessere Nutzung offener, digitaler und multidisziplin\u00e4rer Lernmethoden sowie die F\u00f6rderung von Exzellenz in der Lehre und der Kompetenzentwicklung durch die Fortbildung von Wissenschaftlern der teilnehmenden Projektpartner sowie den Austausch bew\u00e4hrter Verfahren im Bereich neuer und innovativer P\u00e4dagogik zu den entsprechenden Themen. Zu den wichtigsten Ergebnissen geh\u00f6ren:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">eine Sammlung von 14 Fallstudien, in denen bew\u00e4hrte Verfahren im Zusammenhang mit landwirtschaftlichen Genossenschaften in den beteiligten L\u00e4ndern (Rum\u00e4nien, Spanien und Deutschland) in verschiedenen Sektoren \u2013 Obst und Gem\u00fcse, Milchwirtschaft, Viehzucht usw. \u2013 und mit unterschiedlichen Funktionen (Vermarktung, Kreditvergabe, Versicherung, Beschaffung usw.) zusammengestellt sind; <\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Videos, die Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle und Managementpraktiken von Genossenschaftsunternehmen zeigen;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Entwicklung von Lehrmaterialien zu agrar\u00f6konomischen, Management, rechtlichen und institutionellen Aspekten in genossenschaftlichen Unternehmen.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Unsere Projektpartner sind<b> <\/b>die Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Agrarwissenschaften und Veterin\u00e4rmedizin in Bukarest (Rum\u00e4nien), das Solidarity Lab (Asociatia Laboratorul de Solidaritate) (Rum\u00e4nien) und die Universit\u00e4t Almer\u00eda
